Application in rubber area

In flame-retardant wires and cables:

    CPE rubber is widely used in cables and wires. Our sheath rubber products(65^οC) are used the sheath of cables in air conditioners, elevators and electric welding machines. Our products, used in the flame-retardant cable sheath used in underground mining, reach the standard of GB12665.5-90.

   CPE can also be used to mark the voltage in underground mine.

    In special rubbers: widely used in sealing
materials, sealing-ring, casing, insertion pad etc.

In magnetic rubbers:

    CPE magnetic rubbers can be widely used as sealing strip of fridge, toys and magnetic components of electromechanical products.

In other rubber areas:

    CPE can be used to make oil/gas transmission pipeline, oil hose and oil cooling hose of cars.

Properties of CPE

    CPE has excellent rubber properties, including outstanding tensile strength, weathering resistance, ozone resistance, heat resistance, flame resistance, processability and cold hardiness as well as excellent tintering property and anti-aging property.
